- Jeffrey Helaney, IX Dan – President (NE)
Grandmaster Helaney is the President of the United States Karate Federation (USKF) and has earned grandmaster ranks in both TaeKwon-Do and Hapkido. With extensive international recognition for his leadership, he has made significant contributions to the martial arts community. - Mike Munyon, VIII Dan – ITF Liaison (AL)
Grandmaster Munyon is the president of the ITF-HQ USA, the North American Director of the ITF for ITF-HQ Korea, and a member of the ITF Council of Masters. He also holds a 6th Dan in Hapkido and serves as the ITF Liaison to the USKF. - Eddie Minyard, IX Dan – Sun Do Sul / Chun Khun Liaison (NH)
Grandmaster Minyard holds advanced ranks in multiple martial arts styles and works diligently to preserve the heritage of the Sun Du Sul and Chun Khun systems. He is a valuable ambassador for these traditional arts within the USKF. - Russ Northup, IX Dan – GTA Liaison (IN)
Grandmaster Northup is the president of the Global TaeKwon-Do Alliance (GTA) and serves as the USKF liaison to the GTA. He has coached the USA TaeKwon-Do team in international competitions, bringing a wealth of experience to his role. - Troy Trudeau, IX Dan – Tae Sool Won / Hapkido Liaison (NC)
Grandmaster Trudeau is the President of the World Tae Sool Association and holds advanced ranks in several prestigious Korean martial arts, including Tae Sool Won and Hapkido. His leadership in promoting these arts is invaluable to the USKF. - Robert Dunn, IX Dan – IJTF Liaison / Historian (NC)
Grandmaster Dunn is the founder of the International Jun Tong TaeKwon-Do Federation (IJTF) and is regarded as a legendary figure in the martial arts community. His deep understanding of the history and traditions of TaeKwon-Do makes him an essential member of the board. - Rick Brabeck, IX Dan – Traditional TaeKwon-Do Liaison (IA)
Grandmaster Brabeck is a foundational figure in the TaeKwon-Do community with deep roots in the early development of the art. His contributions to the traditional side of TaeKwon-Do are widely respected, and he serves as a liaison to keep those traditions alive within the USKF. - Brandon Richards, IX Dan – WT Style Liaison (FL)
Grandmaster Richards holds a 9th Degree Black Belt in Jidokwan and an 8th Degree Black Belt from Kukkiwon. He is also an esteemed alumnus of Yonsei University in Seoul. His international experience and deep knowledge of the World TaeKwon-Do style are critical to his role as a liaison for the USKF.
